Folligen or American Crew (eyebrow)

Is more concentrated folligen better than American Crew. I've read that it causes more irritation in some people. I'm going to combine it with already greasy emu oil to help get some regrowth in my eyebrows. The suggest was Folligen Cream but my eyebrows get very oily , and i think that contributes to shedding. I got Seborra Dermatitis pretty much under control but still itch in the T- section (eyebrows closer to nose).
