Folliculitis Decalvans

Hello.

I was just recently diagnosed with Folliculitis Decalvans and after much reading, I don't see too much hope in stopping this.

There have been cases where Rifampin & Clindamycin were both used and the results were 'ok'.

Anyone around here have this condition or anyone have any advice?
