biff Established Member Reaction score 2 Jun 24, 2005 #2 Use them both. Fluridil is supposed to be a DHT inhibitor and minoxidil is a growth stimulant so they should work well together. I'm not sure what the recommended dose is but you could try using one in the morning and one at night.
