WHats up guys,
Using xandrox 5% 2x a day. Towards the 3rd month, the hairline began getting itchy. Theres flaking as well..white buildup. Obviously its prob the propylene gycol but whatever, i think my scalp can handle it..its not raw or very itchy.

My question is though, what do u recommend to clear up the flakes that appear on the sides of my head..i mean its not like hair grows in the area im talkin about anyways..i think its just from the minoxidil dripping a little.

I use nizoral as well. 2x, but increased it to 3x now just to help this out.

I have Fluocinade(sp??) from my hair specialist , who prescribed it for me when my scalp was in bad shape. Its for itch and whatnot. I think it might be too much alocohol and PPG though to drip it in sometime after applying the xandrox

I shave my head on 0 or 1 one, but man the dandruff is bad,. no itch or irratation though. if I rub my finger on my scalpe it leaves a chalky residue on my finger, its very noticeable it out ways the stubble coulering on my head, I use nizoral byt I have concerns about what I can use on my scalp to moiturize this, Im afraid of it interferring with the miox I heard you have to be careful of that, mybe a tinge or olive oil or aloe any suggestions?

i used what my hair specialist gave a me a while ago when my scalp was inflamed, its called Flouricidil or something like that.
One application of it before i went to sleep, a few hours after i applied minoxidil and all the white flakes on the side of my head were gone the next morning.

they havent returned since and my itch seems to have gone with nizoral 3x a week instead of the usual 2x i was using it.
