Fish Strong Hold Shaping Cream OR garnier fructis surfer?

For those that have used both which one would you recommend?

Also, does garnier fructis surfer leave ur hair feeelin nasty? and is it hard to wash out?

I have not tried either, but I recently ordered Fish Stronghold Shaping Cream and also Blood Of The Dragon hair gel.
