Why in the world would anyone buy finpecia when they can get fincar at the same price and cut up the pills into 4ths to save even more money?

I don't even know why this option would be available....

is there a logical explanation for this?

Some people prefer .25mg ED instead of 1mg extremely difficult with Proscar to cut it that fine

but if someone wanted to save money they would rather buy fincar and cut it up to 1mg doses rather than take one whole finpecia right?

i mean fincar cut up into 5ths equals a whole finpecia?

Up to the user 25mg just as effective but LESS side effects.

.5mg exactly the same as 1mg.

I just prefer the real stuff because I don't want to worry about getting a bad badge or wrong dosage with Proscar.

at the end of the day if its geniune its basically finasteride and take the dose you feel cumfortable with key is consistency!

f*** dudes :punk: - www.hairlosstalk.com/interact/viewtopic ... 61&t=49054

I made this thread the other day but expanded the logistics of it! Does no one read here?!

This thread was basically my question along with - i've heard people who switch from Finpecia to Fincar and start taking 1.25mg cut, experience sheds.

WTF?

This is why i'm anxious about switching and saving money. I don't want to regress my progress?

:dunno:

I switched from finpecia to fincar last spring and i didn't notice anymore shedding than the usual. In switching, i did up my dose from 1gm to 1.25mg approximately (i dont split with a pill splitter, i just kinda bite off the end of the pill and thats how my dose is determined but in the long run this shouldnt matter). I don t see the small increase in dosage causing dramatic shedding for someone else but than again everyone is different. In my experience tho, the shedding remained about the same but i have maintained since the switch and therefore i encourage you to make the switch as well. Why not save some money when you get the same thing with the minor effort of breaking off a daily portion of a pill?

I might just do that player but at the minute i'm gonna play it safe and get to the 6 month mark as my hairs really starting to make a recovery.

At 6 i think i'll make the switch and see how it goes.

Ring that ding hussler :woot:

I'm just lazy - I prefer to just pop a pill a day and not have to cut a pill up.
Finpecia is cheap as it is

I had been on Merck's Propecia for 4 years, last month and for saving money decided to switch to Fincar. So far can't see any difference.

I've got a question. I lost my job so I've been down to my last few packs of Finpecia and I've been just biting them in half each day. My question is does exposing them to the air and everything render them less effective? I know that might sound like a stupid question but I'm serious. I'm going to be buying about a years worth of Fincar soon and would rather just bite a chunk off each day rather than cut them in fourths or fifths. But if that will reduce the potency then obviously I'll use a different method. Also, i've been on Finpecia for almost 2 years now and am starting to notice my hairline receding back a little further, hopefully it's a shed but I'm not sure. I suppose it's time to start Rogaine again. Then again, I've been growing my hair out for 8 months and that just might make it look like it's receding more than it actually is when I pull it back. Regardless, hopefully someone can give some insight to my initial question.
