Fincar and pimples

I seem to get facial pimples very regularly after taking Fincar, and I never had pimples in my life, even during my teen years. The worst thing is that after the pimples go away, I get dark spots that seem to be permanent (even if I refrain from bursting the outbreaks). Might Fincar be raising my Testosterone?

Logical result of higher estrogen lvls. Was the same for me.
