finasteride with zinc

im taking finpecia 1mg everyday with zinc 50mg and zma at night.

will that counter the effect of finpecia?

Why exactly do you think that? Supposedly DHT levels can rise if your zinc levels are poor so I guess it can only benefit.

i take zmas just as a recovery method after working out. I take zinc only so that I can cancel out finasteride symptoms.

Zinc is supposedly supposed to lower your estrogen levels, which may alleviate symptoms resulting from finasteride. I haven't found much evidence that suggests this is the case, but I haven't really looked that hard either. It certainly won't interact with the therapeutic effect of the drug, so I wouldn't worry about it.
