I don't know about you guys, but I feel more comfortable taking finasteride on an empty stomach. I know it says it can be taken with or without food, but I'm thinking the less it interacts with anything I may have eaten the better. What do you guys think or have heard? And what about what time of day?

it really doesn't matter, but whatever makes you feel better. the food isn't going to "protect it" from not being digested. Your stomach is super acidic, and that pill even dissolves if you have it in your mouth too long. i'm sure your stomach/duodenum will absorb it, even with food.
