Since those of us who start going bald very early is it best to use dutasteride instead since our harlose is more progressive than the norm? I am 16 and have diffuse thinning near the front part of my hairline. Very visible to me when wet but when dry almost no one but can ever tell. I have been on finasteride for nearly 3 months now and I have noticed the thinning getting worse. I hope this was a shed but I don't know for sure. Does anyone know how long after losing hairs to a shed you will see them regrow.

Anyway thinking of switching over to dutasteride like zzzzzz just to be safe
What to you guys think?

This is very alarming. Don't medicate yourself without having a f*cking clue of what you are doing. Drop finasteride or else you will be impotent for life sooner than you ever thought little one.

lol

finasteride is not that dangerous at all. I have no sides at all in 3 months but I still feel like im losing hair. But I do have a perscription for it from a dermatologist so relax.

Finasteride is prescription only if you're over 18. I'm surprised to be honest.

Back on topic. No, switching won't make a difference between success and failure, the benefits are only marginal.

Exactly, you have no idea what you are talking about. What xRedStaRx said was what I was referring to, your body is still in development, and if you read the studies it is NOT recommended to little brats such as yourself. lol, dumbass.

It's daunting how many finasteride. users there are who are under 21 who cavalierly recommend it to their peer upstarts with little to no consideration at all to the consequences of their (w)reckless instruction. Homicidal maniacs that ought to be called out.

The decision is solely between the patient and the doctor unless you are under 18, you'll also need your parents approval. A big major shout out to them moms and dads.

Yeah I'm in Canada and the dermatologist was a guy who had done hair transplant's so I guess he was chill.

so the general consensus is almost everyone taking finasteride will tell you its safe, but everyone not taking it will tell you it a very dangerous drug and youre messing yourself up by using it, interesting.

But only redstar answered my question, anyone else have better experiance with dutasteride than finasteride?
