Hey, everyone, is it true that positive results come with side effects... so if you have no side effects, you'll prob not responding to finasteride???

Wrong... No side effects for me... and i responded. Mate, dont be scared about taking it, most people don't have any problems, those that do, often come here. All you can do is take it and decide for yourself. But don't think everyday "oh sh*t... im going to get sides" or you'll get em because you mind is creating the problem. Take the pill like you would have breakfast and check your hair in 6 months....

jfrank,
14 weeks is definately NOT enough time to know. Stick with it for a year before you make a decision... seriously. I have been on finasteride for a year and a half. The first year I was not very sure if it was working or not. But late into my first year I started to see it was really working, and now I know for sure it is definately working. Stick with it.

You really do need to wait 6 months to a year to gauge results.
