finasteride, minoxidil, spironolactone - How LONG (yrs) might they Work for?

I'm obviously using these three treatments (also Folligen and nizoral). I'm wondering what the concensus is for the effectiveness of each drug; in terms of how many years I can buy. I'm 24 and would like to maintain until a wonderdrug comes out. My new permanent treatment is prayer, haha.

This depends on how aggressive your is, on how well you respond to the medication and when the hairloss wonder weapon comes out. A real cure would be a genetic therapy but people say that it is not available before 2020 :cry:

stabone, I'm interested in your results with your regimen. Do you also apply it in the temples (my main concern)?

Yes, I apply my topicals on my bare temples and about 1 1/2 inches back of my hairline. 9 months ago my temples were mostly full and then they just completey dissapeared becoming pure bald. However, after current treatment for 80 days a few hairs are cycling back in slightly with color, its just that they are not coming in thick yet. I don't know if they are cycling back in thinner naturally or if its b/c of my treatments. I'll let you know what happens.
