Finasteride is it really working ?

Although I haven't seen any major change since I been on the big 3 for 6 months but I do notice very dark thick random individual hairs at different parts of my scalp is that indication that the treatment is working ? These random hairs don't make any cosmetic but I never had these hairs before

My guess is to stick with the program and try not to overly obsess too much.. assess truly after another year.
