finasteride - daily vs. every other day

Guys,

I have first posted on the forums when I tried Ultra Downy as a regrowth agent - hence CodeUD. Since then, I have tried a variety of over the counter vitamins and herbal suppliments. Yet, no success. So, finally, I got a prescription for finasteride 5mg.

My main question - has anyone had success with taking 1.25 mg finasteride every other day instead of taking it every day? Somewhere I remember reading that you can take it every other day with the same effect.

I wouldn't be able to tell. I would go with every day, just to be sure. Been on finasteride for like 5 years now, and it's working fine...

i think you're better off taking a smaller dose every day than EOD
