Finasteride and Nizoral?

I'm on budget and rogaine is quite expensive for me for maintenance

This is what my hair looks like (after bath so it's kinda wet), as you can see we can see early signs of thinning

Will finasteride and Nizoral help?

Take finasteride only, with your early loss you don't even need to bother with nizoral to maintain unless you also have some kind of scalp inflammation. Or use it once a week to be sure, but treatments are long term and you'll want to keep your regimen as simple as possible.

The only signs of male pattern baldness that I see is some thinning on the crown relap5. I would only take Finasteride if I were you, especially if your male pattern baldness is slow and not aggressive. I wouldn't use Nizoral unless you're having excessive oiliness and inflammation of your scalp. About using topical Minoxidil, you can just apply the medication to your scalp once daily and should get good regrowth, no need to use twice daily unless you want maximum possible regrowth.
