Finasteride and Minoxidil, Advice please?

Hi guys, I'm a 30 year old man and have been using Finasteride for nearly a year. However, I don't see any difference and the hair loss is definitely getting worse. I did try Rogaine beforehand but stopped pretty quick as I got freaked out by the shedding. Anyway, I'm wondering if I should start it again along with the Finasteride? Just worried I will shed what's left and it won't come back. Any feedback with past experiences would be much appreciated. Also if anyone could recommend any good coverup products that work ok with hair gel?

Any chance you can provide photos of just your hair to give us an idea? We are hair perverts here and need our daily fill of hair speculation.

Quitting just because of the shedding is the worst thing you can do on a hair loss regimen. Shedding most of the time means its working and with continue use your hair will grow back stronger.

Some people don't respond to finasteride. However that doesn't mean it hasn't slowed down or helped a little. Minoxidil and finasteride might be beneficial for you. Just to don't freak out about the shedding. Minoxidil is over the counter in America, meaning you don't need a prescription. You can start with once a night, but twice a day statistically will give you better results.

I personally like foam in the AM and solution (liquid) at night.
