finasteride and hair color

it's been two months since I've been using finasteride and lately people have been asking me if I've colored my hair darker.

I already have black hair but for some reason people have been constantly asking me the question.

is it because of possible regrowth? I am noticing my hair getting thicker

Yes, I also noticed the same thing. As my hair grew thicker, it appeared to be darker brown than it was when it was thin.
