I started taking finasteride today after putting it off for about 2 years out of fear of all of the sides (gyno and weak erections/permantent sides, mainly) but have bit the bullet and just took my first pill.
In the first 2 pics, I have exposed the balding for all to see. I'd love some regrowth in these areas (corners of hearline) but no sure if that's really realistic.... In the other pics, I have either styled it in a way to hide the balding a little, or have some hair fibres in (although I never touch the back of my head with concealers. Pretty sure it's only really the corners of my head that have obvious/drastic thinning) although from feel I have lost about 40% density over the last 3 years or so
I've also always had a somewhat high hairline, so it's hard to work out how far I've recessed. My forehead was big as a 12 year old! I have also been looking into a hair transplant and would like one next year. Thoughts on that? would a hair transplant be able to make the bald areas back to 'normal density' considering I still have some hair there? I plan to post a new update every month or so, although if my dick stops working, i'll likely come off of it, post here, and just pray that it's not permanent.
Also so hoping I don't get the 'shed'! If I got a massive shed AND sexual sides i'd stop taking it, AND have lots less hair then before!1 lol
