Ive been in deneial for about 2 years now, but im finally ready to try and stop my hair loss at the age of 20.

I just wanted to check what i was going to take.

finasteride 1 mg- daily - from inhousepharmacy.co.uk £50 for 180
5 x 60ml Bottles - 1ml twice a day - froom inhousepharmacy.co.uk for £70 - seems expensive??? anyone know anywhere elses cheaper?
Nizoral Shampoo 1 x 100ml - twice weekley for £10

what do you think? I.e. have i missed something?

Welcome to the Big 3 (finasteride, minoxidil and nizoral). I'm assuming that the 5 x 60 ml bottles you indicated were bottles of minoxidil.

Follow this program and re-evaluate at the 8 and 12 month marks. You should do fine.
