Finally Buzzed My Head And I Feel Worse

I have a decent shaped head and am decent looking, but I just cannot accept the bald look. I am saving for a FUE and SMP combo to at least get the framing of my face back. I thought it would be freeing to buzz what little I had left off completely, and it probably does look better, but I'm still struggling with it.

What kind of balding do you have? And do you have any pics?

Mine is diffuse and thinning in a big circle in the middle of my scalp. Also thinking of buzzing short and possibly SMP in time as the hairline is still there

I posted pics a couple of months ago showing my youth hairline to current, age 42. It is pretty bad now, I don't even want to post photos, I''m that embarrassed. I'm at least Norwood 5, my loss was pretty slow, I should have jumped on meds early in the process but was so afraid of sides I always found ways to hide my hair under baseball hats and use concealers. Shaved it out of frustration because it was so wispy and looked silly, but went too short. Did a 2 guard, should have done a 4 guard so I would have something to attatch concealers to still, although that is getting more challenging. I only think I'd do SMP if I first had a very successful FUE done first, then maybe use that very sparingly to help buffer the spots that maybe didn't get as much graft coverage. Am currently saving up, have a few thousand bucks saved (goal is $10,000) to possibly go to Dr. Vories in North Carolina. That would get me 2,000 grafts, hopefully enough to at least get my face framed, even if I had a higher hairline and did a buzz cut. Would address the crown later maybe. He may put me on meds too, still a lot to decide.
