I started using 0.5 dermaroller followed by minoxidil afterwards about 3 weeks ago. Last night I switched to a 1.0 dermaroller followed by minoxidil. I had read here by some that using the 1.0 roller that you should wait 24 hours before applying the minoxidil. but I also read you can apply directly afterwards. I didnt think anymore of it until this morning when my wife said (What did you do to your head? Its all red and puffy in the top back, She then felt my forehead and said you are running a fever. Sure enough I checked both and my scalp was a mess and I was running a high fever. I should of known better. Make sure you use your common sense when following advice on the internet and support message boards. If it sounds a little dangerous, DON'T DO IT!
