Hi,

I'm thinking about a hair transplantation. I'm 42yo, I take no medicine against hair loss, Hair loss since more than 20 years.

I'm looking for any advice on how to proceed.

Very true but I would skip the high protein diet and the useless massages. High protein intake is only needed for gym guys. And excessive protein is bad for the kidneys.

it doesnt. it speeds growth and helps hair texture/softness. it doesn’t reverse hairloss on its own but if you use it with actual hairloss drugs it speeds the process of regrowth
