Hi,

I'm thinking about a hair transplantation. I'm 42yo, I take no medicine against hair loss, Hair loss since more than 20 years.

Very true but I would skip the high protein diet and the useless massages. High protein intake is only needed for gym guys. And excessive protein is bad for the kidneys.

It will decrease pgd2 I believe. But oral castor oil is mostly a gimmick. And can cause stomach upset and diarrhea.
