What FDA requirements do you need to sell home made ice cream? I need to do a fundraiser with my physics club. We were thinking of making and selling ice cream but we are not sure if we would be violating any FDA regulations by selling food to students. Does anyone know where I can get information about this? Would it be against any FDA laws to sell this ice cream without a license?
