I just noticed this the other week and havent had time to post anything, but have you guys ever known anyone that balds like that? my dad and my uncle have a nice and wide bald spot in the back, but no frontal recession at all. And i myself have a mature hairline that ive had since i was 16, but have been thinning at the crown only.
That seems a little strange to me, what do you guys think? ever heard of such a thing? or could it be something like apolecia areata, or some other skin disease that they didnt know they had?

Im fairly certain both of them just sort of accepted it and moved on, but its just so strange seeing this huge spot in the back with a normal hairline.

Yep, some people are simply more sensitve to DHT in the crown area.
