F*ck thinning in sides and back of head

I have this thinning maybe 10 months i see this after the last year i was shedding all over my head.
I thing SD kill forever my sides and back.

What is SD- seboreic dermatitis or ...

I've always had suspicions in the past that SD (seb.derm.) seriously contributed to my thinning sides and nape.
Dermatologists and GP's were usually dismissive about my personally excessive hair loss theories ha ha.
Nizoral 2% as instructed for itching and dry, flaky scalp. Right?
Today I don't know exactly what to think about SD in it's role (if any) related to male pattern baldness. I know it's not the cause of it.
As to the original point, if left unchecked in the long term, I think it's certainly plausible (due to it's inflammatory effects and micro-scarring) SD can lead to premature hair loss or eventually exacerbate and/or accelerate Androgenetic Alopecia.
First see a top specialist who won't mind patiently answering the " right/hard questions". Best of luck.

I.D WALKER, its suck, but all this years your sides and nape is worse or same or better?
And why you don't take finasteride or dutasteride and your regime work for hair?

When I was on finasteride, I definitely experienced my hair getting thicker even in my sides and back. Funny thing is those regions get affected by AA too but not to the same extent as the top of our heads. As I.D Walker suggested you should get the opinion of a dermatologist. Also consider adding Minoxidil (even 2% can help in combination with finasteride) to your regimen.

But before you take finasteride your sides and back was thinning like me?
And why you stop finasteride.

Yes it was thinning and finasteride reversed it. Once I got off of finasteride, it returned to pre finasteride levels in a year. I had to quit because I experienced a few sides even at a very low dose.

Just get on keto shampoo and finasteride, if you like, and your hair on back and sides would be fine. But probably hair on top should thinn out....

Do you have DUPA in your family ?

Hey Ventures, I in finasteride and keto, top of my head is thick.
Only my fathers side have male pattern baldness with back and sides thick.
I gonna wait 1 year with my regime and see whats happaned.
