Extremely fast hairloss

It started back in August. Nothing special, i just noticed it was receding a little bit.

Then, in november, it started going fast, and I started seeing a significant difference every month.

Now, I start to see a really big difference every week, almost daily.

My head is also itching like hell.

How is this possible? i had a perfect hairline 6 months ago, now its aweful.

It does follow the AA pattern.

Any thoughts? What could it be? Is this normal? Should I do some blood tests? Btw I'm 20 years old.

It can happen, I know a few guys that went slick bald quite young. At 23, my hairline also went from perfect to awful pretty quickly.
