Expired finasteride?

Quick question:

I just noticed on the generic finasteride (fistide) I bought awhile ago that they have a Mfg date and an exp date. The exp date is in april of this year. Is it still ok to take the finasteride after april?Or will it not be effective? Could some one explain this to me?

Should be fine IMO. I believe the expiration date is the date at which it can no longer be sold by a pharmacy... As long as you finish it up before it hits its 2yrs B-day I'm sure it will be just fine
