Exactly what is "agressive male pattern baldness"?

Many people here are talking about agressive male pattern baldness but I don´t know what they mean by it.

Is it when your hair loss starts early (in your twenties :x ), when you shed a lot of hairs or when your hair line recedes fast (as in my case :cry: )?

I always thought it was when your hair falls out really fast at any age.
