Evaluate Me Please. Balding Or Just High Hairline?

19 years old, I've always had a high hairline and large forehead. However recently I've began thinking my hairline is receding. I have no history of baldness on either side of my family. What norwood scale am I and is it worth starting medication like finasteride? Thanks
