Eucapil - when is it going to be more widely available?

At the moment (according to the website) it is only approved for sale in the Czech and Slovak Republics and I am wondering if anyone has any info about when it might be available in the US and elsewhere?

I know that you can buy it from a few websites, but I'm hoping that the price may come down when is is officially released (plus it would be more convenient to buy it from a chemists etc)
