Did the stack before my workout today and started taking MSM a few days ago. WOW! Incredible workout...simply amazing how much energy I had for literally hours (ECA) and how little muscle pain I felt (presumably that's the MSM).
I was constantly racked with joint pain and soreness the last few months and MSM really cleared it up, it's turning out to be a bit of wonder drug for me. And more hair growth and less muscle soreness to boot- good stuff :!:

I actually felt so full of energy and felt so little soreness I was wondering if I'm dramatically increasing the chances of injuring myself. All that extra energy and less pain signals can be dangerous. Anyone notice this effect of MSM on muscle pain/soreness? Even before the workout today I noticed it having some pretty dramatic effects on muscle tightness and flexibility. MSM is good sh*t.

MSM works to increase permeability mostly of the skin and membranes... allowing lots of great things to pass through the surface. MSM does very little in comparison itself except perhaps decrease inflammation, an important function nonetheless. I highly recommend OptiMSM for the purest form, especially with the recent scare with Chinese products and goods. The majority of the world's supply of MSM is imported mostly from China.
