Well does evolution favour environment which is why animals living in Antartica have thick fur and white coating and lots of fat in their bodies?.......Examples are the Polar Bear, White fox and seals which can be found

It could be a important question, but regarding male pattern baldness the local enviroment is more crucial. In common baldness bald spot growth slowly, as each individually hair is lost.
OTOH, evolution is going to bald human nature? In my opinion NO.
