Enlarged Prostate, Propecia,saw Palmetto And Hair Loss Question

I posted this question before but it never showed up. I am older man(65) who has been on minoxidil for 30 years and it no longer works. My hair is thinning out rapidly. I was at a time on Flomax for a enlarged prostate but stopped using due to side effects(headaches, drop in blood pressure and inability to have a orgasm. I started taking saw palmetto extract which worked great with my pee problems with no side effects. I am now thinking about using generic propecia for my hair loss. I read where it used to be used for treating large prostate issues. If I were to take it for my hair loss would it also eliminate my need to take saw palmetto for my enlarged prostate? Also would it have the same side effects Flomax had on me.(Inability to have a orgasm,dizziness and headache)? Any and all replies would be welcome. Thank You.
