Democrats attempted to pass a bill that would outlaw employees voting in secret at National Labor Relations Board voting booths. Under the new law, employees must sign a card yes or no, and turn it in to the unionization headquarters.
ep. Dennis J. Kucinich, (D-Ohio), a co-sponsor of the bill, said the legislation would bring “transparency to the process.†“The way it is now, the balloting is secret,†Kucinich pointed out. “There’s no way for the union officials to know who voted for or against the union.â€
It passed the house, died in the senate, and is planned to be pushed again after the elections, when they think they will have a larger democrat majority, or maybe just more union bought politicians in general.
