Any comments? Do you think I can have a full recovery by 12 months mark? I just added Tricomin to the mix. Do you think I need to add anything more?

Buzz it bro, the shape of your head will look much better. Your hair is too long for that amount of hairloss.

Crown looks MUCH better, nevertheless I also think you should wear a buzz cut. Your hair loss is still too obvious.

congratulations it looks thicker and healthier(more lustre to it) but again, i would buzz it for a few months, then i think you might end up with a nice surprise! alternatively perhaps you have enough hair to use some toppik, dermatch or similar?

There's a difference between the 1st and 2nd but not so much between 2nd and 3rd. Definitely cut it shorter... the sides are too long and thick so your thinning looks more obvious.

Yes I use heavy toppik these days.
However, I will definitely get a cut on the side next week.

I think you would benefit from using a good quality hair thickening shampoo and conditioner if you want to keep your hair cut in that style. It should help give the appearence of greater coverage and hide your scalp a little more. Do a search for some suitable products.

I recommend you shave/buzz your head. Not only will it look a lot better, but it'll also be easier for you to apply minoxidil all over. You can always grow it back if or when your hair really thickens up.
