Ectomorf with lower ab fat

I was always skinny for most of my life , and i still are and so i started bodybuilding some years ago (altough i stopped for sometime), put weight on but at this moment i´m cutting because i want to get ride of this lower ab fat that i have with me.

I can see my abs when i flex them but if i incline myself a little bit i can see fat going down,like loose skin.

I bulked last year and put on 8 kilos in which was the best bulk that i did but didn´t put that much fat altough some bit came along.

So i stopped last summer and then got back to training but i also got my schedule busy as i´m studying and working at the same time and i was very inconsistent with my training and my diet.

Here´s some mistakes i think i did:

1- Inconsistent training and diet
2- Lunching at work and then eating again after about two hours before going to Uni after work
3- Tried to increase my calories to reduce them again due to not having time to train.

I believe this mistakes made me put more fat on my belly but i think finasteride is to blame too since i´m reducing DHT and as we know DHT combats fat gain.

So i´m doing cardio about 4/5 times a week, mainly after working out of after i wake up but it seems it´s getting harder to lose fat since i never had a problem with it, and has i mentioned i´m an ectomorf and skinny and it´s more harder to gain muscle than fat but things are getting diferently.

What could this be?

Can you advice me what to do in terms of diet and cardio training?

get your hormon levels checked, maybe your estrogen is to high due to finasteride
i have the same problem ,ive been bulking and i added some extra fat
im trying to get rid of now
ypu might also want to try yohimburn
its a topical fatburner

Yeah i have to check my estrogen levels because i really think it´s finasteride making me more fat...how is it possible for a skinny person not lose fat easely?

I keep doing cardio everyday and eating less but every meal i eat it seems i get fatter.

I think estrogen just makes fat go on your chest and hips first instead of your belly. It does not make you fat. Look at all the thin sexy women out there. They have far less testosterone and more estrogen than you. It just gives them nice boobs. If you have belly fat, it is probably your diet and workout styles. Now if you get gyno, then check your estrogen.
