hi guys, i'm 18, and I want some answers.
I have always shed hair in normal quantity, but since last year I started to shed a lot more (at the time I started to take andtidepressants and I went vegetarian, maybe it could have influenced on the shed? telogen efluvium?)
at first I didn't put my attention on it, but a few months ago I checked in the mirror and I had like a bald patch on my left temple, like 0 hair, also I noticed that I lost overall density, mostly at my hairline.
I went to a dermathologist and she put me on minoxidil 5% twice a day, she did not tell me if I have Androgenetic Alopecia or anything else, dumb me that I wasn't informed at all.
after 6 months using minoxidil the hair at the temple improved a bit, but I still want to know what im experiencing now, that's why im here
