Each time you use Nizoral, do you shampoo once or twice?

I just shampoo once and leave it in for about 5 min. However, the back of the bottle says you should shampoo and repeat. Does it really matter, or is that just a way to use more shampoo so you have to buy again earlier?

once should be enough. leave it for more minutes if you can. (can irritate your scalp though). applying twice in the same time is of no use. rather apply every day if you can.

I always used to shampoo, rinse and then repeat. And I had to condition almost every day.

For the last month or so, I've only been shampooing once - and my hair looks better than ever. And I hardly ever have to condition any more.

I have only ever shampood my hair once. I swear they say "rinse and repeat" so you go buy more quicker.

I use 1% Nizoral every other day. You just need to shampoo once, try and leave it in for 5 mins, than rinse.

I believe its best to use the nizoral once every 2 or 3 days.

I only shampoo once, I can't see any rational basis for believing that rinsing and repeating makes it more effective.
