Dutasteride While Reducing Gyno Same Time?

So anybody here been on dutasteride while reducing their gynecomastia simultaneously with SERM/AI ?
Am I the first to try? Lol.

Probably more effective if more DHT was in my system but doesn't a SERM occupy those receptors?
120mg raloxifene everyday and 2.5mg letrozole every 10days.
