Hello everyone !
I was on finasteride for 6 months and it helps nothing, so I bought Dutasteride, as a generic duoprost 0.5mg, and after one pill I had tachycardia as a side effect, and here's the question - Is anyone has the same problem? What did you do with it? Left it or keep taking??

And is it possible, that in longer time of taking dutasteride, tachycardia will dissapear?

Thanks a lot !

You sure the finasteride isn't helping? Have you lost hair?

I would call a doctor srs. Partially to confirm or to dismiss whether I is due to the dutasteride

Well, dutasteride has a much longer half-life than finasteride, meaning it stays in your body for much longer after the pill is taken. I would stop taking the dutasteride and seek a doctor ASAP before continuing the meds. I would say that tachycardia after one dose seems a little excessive to be a side effect. However, I am not a doctor, and as much as we know about it, the human body might just be the most ineffable force in the world. Anything is possible.
