dutasteride SIDES.....0.5.....headaches...chest pains...

I know deep down i need to be on dutasteride...my hairloss for a 26 year old is very aggressive, but i didnt have the greatest experience when testing dutasteride the first time around....
Should i lower the dosage....as the life of dutasteride is so long....i was think o.5 twice a week rather than every other day....is it common to get serious bad headaches on dutasteride too?

I would take finasteride but I doubt those sides are because of dutasteride it sounds like placebo effect
