Dutasteride pills (solid tablets, not soft gels)help

Hi guys, I get my dutas from a very reputable lab in my home country but it makes me wonder how effective it is as it is the only time I've seen dutas in solid pill forms, in every other country even generics come in soft gels. I wonder if the bioavailability is poor in tablet form.

Any chemist, pharmacistn on here? See full "ingredients" . Thanks a lot
