dutasteride every 3 days vs EOD?

Approaching my 6th year on avodart/generic dutasteride and the 'whatever it takes' attitude I once had towards hairloss has gradually been replaced by an anxiety over taking pills from barely legitimate internet pharmacies, coupled with my acceptance that I'm well on the way to losing the battle against the great beast named hair loss.

So, I want to cut back my pills. Did a search for dutasteride every 3 days but nothing really showed up. Anyone tell me if I'm going to notice much of a difference if I change my regimen by a day?

Please respond. I will pay you handsomely*

i dont know for sure. theres bound to be a chart that shows the comparative inhibition rates. i read on here that dutasteride every three days is like taking dutasteride on the days you take it...obviously and finasteride on the off day. i dont think it would matter much personally. if you respond then you respond i dont think an extra few % in dht inhibition makes or breaks it....

i take it every three days as well. every day is too hardcore for me i still want little 'uns, a wife and a house with grass on the lawn and owls in the barn ha.

how've your results been - did you maintain for a while then?

when I first started taking it in '03 I had really great results....hairloss stopped completely and I had regrowth. Skin cleared up too. Since then things have leveled. Maybe it's my crud genes catching up to me, maybe the stuff I've been ordering is not the real deal. Impossible to tell.

There are a few of my photos from the last two years here. I'm now up to week 121 since I started taking photos, so maybe it's time to take some more.
