ok so I started Revivogen 3 weeks ago, dutasteride and spironolactone 2 weeks ago

this is my hair loss from my last post

viewtopic.php?f=61&t=68094

I Also use regaine foam 0.5 and Revivogen S&C

Firstly, Avodart 0.5 I take every other day.... no sides, nothing!

So far I have noticed some slight thickness. but its early days, very Early!

any tips on how to apply Reviv and spironolactone and Regaine, effectively?

I will post picture updates in 2 months. and keep on posting every two months to see how it all works.

I would suggest using the foam in the mornings and possibly spironolactone if it's not too messy. Use Revivogen and spironolactone in the evenings (space them 15-30 minutes apart so one can dry before applying the other).

so far no sides, its nearly been a month on dutasteride along with spironolactone, Revivogen

I Believe the shedding phase has kicked in as I am seeing more hair fall out.

anyways...

I am taking Avodart 0.5 every other day. I was wondering if i should step it up and take it every day?

I honestly think dutasteride should be sufficient with Rogaine foam to restore your hair. Many people here have reported great results using that duo, as good if not better than finasteride + Rogaine.

Using both spironolactone and Revivogen on top of this could leave you prone to sides, maybe not now, but in the future, personally I wouldn't take an uneccessary risk.

oh yes sorry forgot to mention Regain Foam, I have been taking that from day one and I always take it.

In the Mornings and Evenings I take the foam, and in the evenings I alternative between Revivgen and spironolactone every other day.

do you think I shud up my game to dutasteride every day or stick to wat it is currently doing.

I guess I am getting paranoid as I am coming close to 1 month of dutasteride and not noticed anything yet apart from this shedding (which i guess is a good sign)

Yeah don't worry, the heavyweight treatments that actually work i.e. Rogaine, finasteride and dutasteride, all give you big shedding initially, it's a good sign, the shed hair will grow back stronger.

I may be wrong and please correct me somebody if I am, but dutasteride has an incredibly long halflife, so I'm not sure you need to take it everyday and it would save you a lot of money if you continue to take it eod too.

If you think that after 6 months, you are still losing hair then I would say up the dose, but right now things are good, no sides and the meds are working so I wouldn't change it.
