Duasteride, Japan release under Zagallo

What is this about?

From what I gathered GSK has/was going to release Dutasteride as a hair loss treatment in Japan now. Manufacturing in France hosed it up. Not exactly sure where that stands. I haven't had time to look into this but it would be interesting to see trial results. Google it.
