dry/damaged hair....

ok my hair is extremely dry and most likely damaged for some odd reason....what kind of shampoos/conditioners should i use to potentially end the suffering of my hair.

and please tell me if those products are available in cAnada.

Some suggestions:

1) Not sure what your diet is like, but hair condition is usually an indicator of the quality of your food intake. Are you ingesting high quality proteins?

2) My conditioner suggestion.... go to a salon and try to find Redken Anti-Snap leave in conditioner. It's wonderful for dry and thin hair, and it is salon quality, very light and not greasy, and not a lot of buildup like the cheap stuff creates.
