Dry and thin skin

My skin has got thinner and drier. On the hands i sometimes break out in a rash (red, sometimes scaly). The legs are also very dry (shave them). Face not, face is oily a bit.

I am in month 9 using dutasteride.

Anyone with this problems? I could make tommorow a picture of this rash on the hand. Left hand i have a small rash, but right hand is wonderful smooth and clean. :freaked:

Sounds pretty unrelated to me, especially if the legs are dry yet your face is oily, and one hand is fine and the other isn't. Post some pictures I guess and see if someone knows what it is and can help you out.
