Drug To Reduce Testosterone Rather Than Dht?

After taking Propecia for 6 months and recieving nothing but constant shedding from it I think the rise in Testosterone from the drug is the reason for the aggressive shedding and the underpinning reason for my receeding, rather than DHT itself.

So my question is: is there a drug out there that suppresses T rather than just DHT?
