Dropping from 0.5-0.25mg propecia = devastation?

started on 0.5mg of finasteride,was on it about 7mnths.Then i noticed i had a bit of a breast enlargement so i decided id drop to 0.25mg.

Im now in a bit of a dilema,been on finasteride 9mnths technically and my hair has never looked worse.The hairline is def worse than 2mnths ago without doubt,to the extent i can clearly see the horseshoe pattern is were it will go next.

The question is would this have happened if i had stayed on 0.5mg?,if i stay on 0.25 will it recover?Should i go back up 2 0.5 with the risk of breast enlargement?

Yeah my hair is looking worse at 0.25 than it was at 1.0mg. It had been improving until the change.

But Ive been riding my motorcycle a lot, maybe its the helmet.

Some people get by on .25 some dont. You maybe 1 of the people that dont. Some people put finasteride in their minoxidil and say that it works, maybe you could try that. Then you wouldnt get the systematic sides, but you would still be getting the DHT inhibition.

Or maybe you could make your own finasteride topical with Alcohol and some PPG or Glycerine.

I dropped from 1mg to .5 mg and I think it made a difference in the appearance of my hair. I can't be sure it was just the drop in finasteride though. At the time I also starting using nizoral 2% and had TONS of shedding when using it.

taken a look at my hairline properly just now,cant f**king beleive it.

Pre propecia it resembled : V (wider than that but that shape)

And now im: U

Problem is this cud have happened regardless of dropping down to 0.25,but f*** it im going back up to 0.5 now,ill take it from there

The whole issue of regrowth is so subjective as well,like my hairline has little black hairs all over it:miniturization or regrowth?,time will tell etc apparently
